Spinning
A good quality yarn is of the utmost importance in the
fabric manufacturing process so that the end product may
meet the desired standards. To this end, our company has
two spinning mills: one is devoted exclusively to the
production of yarn colored in the mass, and the other
to the production of unbleached yarn and fancy yarn. Overall
capacity totals 11,540 spindles.
Both mills feature high-end technology in terms of machinery,
and are fitted with a modern air conditioning system that
provides a controlled environment, that is, constant temperature
and humidity, thus minimizing defects caused by yarn breakage
or static electricity. In addition, daily controls are
performed in our physics laboratory, whereby yarn is tested
for strength, absorption capacity, and color, among others.
